Cultural activities, food and fun are showcased for Sri Lanka Day on November 13

Community groups in Brisbane come together to celebrate Sri Lanka Day 2021 at Rocks Riverside Park at Seventeen Mile Rocks today, Saturday, November 13.

The event, organised by the Federation of Sri Lankan Organisations of Queensland and its eight member associations, showcases Sri Lankan food stalls, traditional dances and a host of family entertainment from 9am to 4pm.

The day is sponsored by the Department of Multicultural Affairs of Queensland and Brisbane Lord Mayor’s Community Fund.

Other community groups have also been invited to attend.
